From what i can see.
Can hear water running under floor.
Have no water leak visible in the house.
It was only on the 1st floor concrete slab no basement and it sounded like it was coming from the guest bathroom toilet but after they refilled from a flush i didn t see water leaking into the tank or the bowl and when i turned the fill valve off to the toilet i.
Slab leaks create water build ups underneath your concrete foundation.
If i turn off the main water inlet to the house the water in the above mentioned pipe stops after a minute or so.

Look for pools of water damp carpet or warped wood floors.
I ve got a pan under the sink and it s collected nothing all night.
If you have an icemaker it is probably the sound of the ice tray filling with water.

I can hear water running in the pipes in bathroom no matter what tap is on inside or outside you can hear the water running.
