Can i put floating floor over black mastic.
This cutback is very flat and not sticky.
There s very little crumbling but the black mastic is still on the floor.
My question is why can t it just lay over there black mastic.
Padding and carpet could be laid over the old mastic.
If you are installing carpet and using good quality pad there is no reason to remove that old mastic.
Could i put sheet vinyl.
